Premier League Saturday: Preview

Match Previews

The International Break is finally over and once again, Premier League football returns with some promising games this weekend.

We kick off this weekend with Leicester City playing away to Brighton and Hove Albion. The last two meetings between the sides ended in 0-2 and 2-0 victories respectively for The Foxes, who are struggling a bit this season.

Everton face Cardiff at home, and I honestly expect Everton to easily wrap up this one, with Richarlison in such good form and Sigurdsson returning from an injury as well.

Manchester United face Crystal Palace, in what I expect to be a very tough game for Mourinho's men. Palace are too pacy up front, which could cause problems for United's defence.

In form Watford face Title condenders Liverpool, who will love to wrap up the three points and put some presure on the Champions Manchester City.

Speaking of the Champions, Manchester City travel to London to face former boss Manuel Pellegrini's West Ham. This is probably the last tough fixture for struggling Hammers, who have a very easy run of games for a couple of months after this one. The return of Andy Carroll and Jack Wilshere at such a crucial time is also a major boost for The Hammers.

Match Of The Day

Coming to Match Of The Day, Tottenham host Chelsea at Wembley in a late kickoff. It will be a test of Chelsea's defence, to stop Harry Kane and his attacking partners in crime.
Only a point separates Chelsea and Tottenham in the League Table, with both teams being third and fourth respectively. A Chelsea win would see them go four points clear of Tottenham and Arsenal, who could level up with Tottenham if they against Bournemouth on Sunday.
